Hoofdman Roodzant is known as one of the leading exporters of fruit and vegetables to Eastern Europe. Originally founded as a family-run business in the late 1970s, the company began exporting to these markets in the early 1990s and grew into one of the major players in our markets.

Over the years, the market has faced many challenges and changes. While others left, Hoofdman Roodzant persevered. Thanks to deep market knowledge and long-standing experience, we are able to create value for producers worldwide and position ourselves as a reliable market specialist in a complex trading environment.

Our organization

Logistics & QC

With our logistics managed directly from our office, we’re able to act very fast and stay flexible. We collaborate with Fresh Pack Logistics, also part of the Fruitful Ventures Group. All logistics operations are handled in full compliance with required certifications, including HACCP and BRC/IFS standards.

Quality Control is carried out by our own dedicated QC team using the QC One module. This allows us to provide suppliers and clients with customised quality assurance reports. Available anytime and anywhere.
